Animal Park

It started out as a normal day just like any other one. They were each doing their own thing. Rogue was in her room writing poetry and daydreaming about Logan, Scott was being an ass and following Xavier around like a love-sick puppy, Xavier was trying to lose Scott, Beast lecturing some random child, and so forth so on. Rogue got up and decided to go look for Logan as she did her and the rest of the group started feeling a bit dizzy.
Rogue put a hand to head, “ugh…I don’t feel so good anymore” she took one more step before passing out. They had blacked out for a few hours before waking up and looking around confused. Rogue tilted her head wondering why everything in her room looked bigger than she remembered. She looked around then squeaked as she looked into her mirror and instead of a normal Rogue looking back at her was an otter,
that’s not me, is it? But…but…but that means I’m an animal? Eep!, she quickly skittered out of her room and to Logan’s scratching at his door.
Logan growled from the other side of his door, “Leave me the fuck alone.” Rogue tilted her head and hopped back a little when Logan growled. She shook her head and was determined to get into his room so by using her little otter claws she climbed up his door and turned the handle on his door. The door swung open a little and Rogue dropped to the floor wiggling her way through the small space between the door and the door frame into Logan’s room. She looked around confused knowing that she had heard Logan in here just a moment ago, but he was nowhere to be found. Rogue sniffed the air lightly finding Logan’s scent and follows to underneath Logan’s bed. She giggles poking her head underneath and looking around for Logan, but only finding a cute kitten. Rogue tilted her head for a moment trying to piece it together before hopping back from the bed giggling.
“You were turned into an animal too? So was I!” Rogue stepped back wagging her little otter tail as Logan emerged from underneath his bed glaring at her for giggling at him. Logan went to reply, but got cut off when a chicken wearing a visor over its eyes ran by his room. Immediately knowing it was Scott he started chuckling a high-pitched kitty chuckle and rolled onto his back. Rogue shook her head giggling and pounced Logan. Logan jumped and rolled his eyes at her before standing up and shaking off his fur.
“There is something wrong with you Rogue.” Logan smiled and gave her a wink letting her know he was just joking. Rogue rolled her eyes and hopped onto his back, seeing as she was a tiny otter and smaller than Logan.
“Let’s go find Beast maybe he can explain what happened to us.” Rogue giggled and pointed to the door, “Onward Fido!” Logan rolled his eyes and started out his door and down the hall not really sure which way Beast’s room was. He looked around for a few before stopping and hissing at a passing lemur. The lemur just looked at him and chuckled. They had found Beast and he had been turned into a lemur.
“You two have been turned into small creatures? I was trying to help Scott but he just ran off down the hall.” Beast chuckled realizing that Logan was a kitty, “I would’ve sworn you would have turned into something fiercer Logan, but I guess you can be a fierce kitten.” Rogue giggled, but then eeped when Logan booted her off his back and chuckled.
“Don’t giggle Rogue.” Logan chuckled for a moment, “What the hell is going on Beast?”
Beast shrugged not really sure at the moment of what was happening. All he knew was that one moment everything was fine and now that some of them had been turned into animals. He assumed that Magneto had something to do with it but quickly dismissed that notion because there hadn’t been any attacks and also because Magneto and a few of his men had also been turned into cute furry creatures.
Rogue hopped around finally get used to being an otter, “I kinda like being an otter,” she giggled, “its fun.” Logan rolled his eyes at her,
even as an otter she can have the most fun and make the situation not so bad. Rogue stood close to Logan and played with his kitten whiskers as him and Beast talked about finding a cure to this and getting back to normal once again, but of course, Logan wanted to leave Scott as a chicken. Beast just rolled his eyes at his eyes at Logan and chuckled as he skittered to his lab to start working on a cure. Logan stood at attention when he heard something crash outside and he caught the scent of Victor outside. He growled softly as he trotted outside with a curious Rogue following him. Logan really wished that she wouldn’t follow him when Victor was around he really didn’t want her to get hurt, but he couldn’t quite tell her no.
Logan sniffed around the yard for a little bit searching for Victor finding it odd that his scent went underneath the porch,
he can’t fit underneath their can he? There is no way…unless…, he thought as he wiggled underneath the porch through a small opening and started searching. He sniffed and searched for a few minutes before coming across a small bunny with long claws. Logan had to stifle a chuckle at his older brother Victor, most called him Sabretooth, but right now Logan had the strangest urge to call him Sabrebunny instead.
